Alpha Omega is dedicated to the support of all our costumers including those whose system warranties have expired. Therefore we provide a service contract which provides peace of mind that we will make best efforts to provide an uninterrupted surgery schedule. The main items in the service contract are:
+ full functionality of the system which includes the costs of parts and labor necessary to achieve such functionality.
+ up to three on-site visits per year, including annual performance inspection and case support, all to be performed by trained Alpha Omega personnel.
+ visits can be used for repairs, in-service training, system training, software upgrades, preventative maintenance, etc.
+ additional visits in excess of three per year are billed at a flat discounted rate.
