Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and maintain a dynamic multi-year business plan in Asia focused on achieving growth, including market expansion, increased revenue, and profitability. 
  • Establish the profit center as a leader, making it an attractive entity for employees, customers, partners, and potential investors
  • Execute the profit center’s business plan by setting annual and quarterly OKRs, engaging relevant stakeholders within own profit center and from functional departments in other territories. 
  • Create budget to achieve target profitability and OKRs according to the annual forecast. 
  • Work with internal functional departments to increase efficiency and profitability. 
  • Develop and maintain a strong career path, and a development plan for each employee  

Authorities:  

  • Responsible for leading the team for effective and successful performance
  • Lead discussions with potential partners and customers within the profit center.
  • Directly represent the company in external engagements, including industry events and customer negotiations.
  • Sign contracts

Qualifications: 

  • Strong Business background – Medical Device background preferred
  • Experience in running multi-million-dollar revenue streams 
  • Proven experience in Asia
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing OKRs 
  • Has entrepreneurship spirit 
  • Character: prudent, honest, humble, and resilient
  • Experience in managing diverse teams
